How can I help out the con BEFORE the con starts?

Is there anything I can do to help the con after it ends?

I believe the game room is still looking for some extra people and I'm sure there are other departments that will need help either with setup, take down and stuff in between. Planning meetings prior to the con are on Tuesday's from 5-7pm in the UWM Union, Room 143. Stop on by and help if you can.

Also, we need door/badge checkers during the con to anyone interested.

I have decided to volunteer and have contacted the approite people. But still have no clue what i am supposed so be doing. also since I live in Plymouth (North of you near Sheboygan) i cannot make it to these planning meetings. Could you please help me in figureing out what i can do to help out?
